We have always been enthusiastic about exercise, nutrition, and healthy living; but after becoming parents our focus shifted away from what we should be eating, to what our own little otters' should be eating to optimize their health, energy, and mood.
The science of wellbeing and nutrition is developing so fast and its amazing how big an impact it can have on our physical health, mental health, and daily lives. If we can help raise awareness of nutrition, and its importance for little one's development we would be so happy!
